1. APP download
IOS users can download the official Hotbit APP on APP STORE.
Android users can download the official Hotbit APP on GOOGLE PLAY.
2. How to Register/Login
- Register
If you have not registered a Hotbit account, you can register through the mobile APP.
Click on the Hotbit App ➔ click "Account" in the upper left corner ➔ Click to Login ➔ Create Account
If you use email to register, please enter your email address* ➔ Password* ➔ Confirm Password* ➔ Invitation Code (optional)
If you use your mobile phone to register, select the area code and enter your mobile phone number* ➔ Password* ➔ Confirm password* ➔ Invitation code (optional).
Finally, click the button to verify, select "i have read and agreed", and click "Register" after the verification is successful.
If you choose to register by email, Hotbit will send an email verification code to your registered email;
If you choose a mobile phone number to register, Hotbit will send a text message to your registered mobile phone. After entering the Arabic digital mailbox / text verification code, you can complete the registration. (Note that IOS users please manually input SMS verification codes one by one)
- Login
Return to the "Account" interface, select the email or mobile phone login according to your registration method, enter the email/ mobile phone number and password, then click "Login" (users can view the account and UID by clicking "Account").
3. How to enable Verifications
In order to ensure the security of the user's account, all users must bind any two of the three verification methods - email Verification , Google Verification or SMS Verification - before completing the account activation.
- How to bind Google Verification
In the "Account" , click on "Security Center" ➔ "Google Verification"
Note: Before binding Google Authentication, you need to download the Google Authenticator APP on your phone.

Open the Google Validator APP and scan the QR code displayed on the Hotbit Google Validator binding page (if the QR code is not recognized, you can manually enter the Hotbit registered email account and key in order to manually bind). The Google Authenticator APP will generate a series of 6-digit verification codes. Note: Keep the backup key properly.
Enter the login password and Google verification code, and click confirm button to complete the binding. As shown below
- How to bind SMS Verification
In the "Account" , click on "Security Center" ➔ "SMS Verification"

4. How to deposit and withdraw
- How to deposit:
Click "Fund" in the lower right corner of the APP interface, and then select "Deposit" button. You could directly search for the token you need to deposit, or directly select the commonly used to enter the corresponding token deposit address of your Hotbit account.
Take BTC as an example.
You could obtain the deposit address of the token in your Hotbit account through the QR code on the interface, or clicking the Copy address to copy the deposit address. At the same time, you can view all of your token and available balance at the top of the interface.
(Please read the tips below carefully when depositing)
After the deposit is completed, you could check your deposit history in "FUND" ➔ "History" ➔ "Deposit History"
- How to withdraw
Click "Fund" in the lower right corner of the APP interface, and then select "Withdrawal" button. You could directly search for the token you need to withdraw, or directly select the commonly used.
Taking BTC as an example here, you could view all of your currency and available balance at the top of the interface. Enter the withdrawal quantity and click on the "+" in the page to add the withdrawal address.
You can paste the address you copied or scan the QR code to identify the address.
After entering the withdrawal address and amount, click "Withdraw" then enter the email verification code, Google verification code, and mobile verification code in sequence, and click "OK“ to complete the withdrawal.
After the withdrawal is submitted, you could check the progress and status in the withdrawal history. If the status has not been updated for a long time, you could send us the support ticket to help you.
5. How to trade
Click "Market", the top is : favorites, Global Select, Global, Growing, ETF trading pairs. Among them, The user can swipe the page left and right to select the corresponding trading pair interface, or search and enter the desired trading currency in the top right corner.
Select the token you would like to trade, we take BTC/USDT as an example. Click to buy or sell under the trading pair according to your demands.
Fill in the buy/sell price, quantity, and total amount, and click buy/sell.
You can also turn on the hidden order according to your own needs. Introduction of hidden order function?
After the pending order is successful, you could also view the open order under the Trade page. Click More to view more order history. If the progress is not 100% completed, you could click the "Cancel" button to suspend the order.
6. How to purchase investment products
First, open your Hotbit APP and then select your email or mobile phone to login your Hotbit account;
Login ➞ Click the [investment] button at the bottom ➞ Enter into investment center
➞ You can use the search function on the right 🔍 to select the investment products you would like to purchase
➞ Choose suitable products according to your own needs ➞ Take USDT T+1 Flexible as an example ➞ click USDT T+1 Flexible product ➞ Confirm the introduction, interest calculation method and redemption method ➞ Enter the amount you would like to purchase(If there are insufficient assets in the investment account, you can transfer funds from the spot account into it.)➞ Click the [Purchase Now] button
➞ Complete the purchase
➞ Click the [investment] button on the top
➞ Click the [Assets] button(The products assets successfully purchased are all displayed on this interface) ➞ Click the [investing records] button to check the products orders successfully purchased ➞ Check Status: If the status shows “waiting for the Start of interest Calculation” , the redemption button will not be shown; If the status shows “Income Generating” , the redemption button will be shown later;
Note:Please be sure to confirm the product's interest calculation time when subscribing. If you need to test the investment product, it is recommended to click redemption button the next day after the interest calculation starts, so that you can get the capital + one day's interest after the redemption is successful, because the no interest will be calculated during the redemption period.
