Due to the problem of MNEB's contract, some MNEB was mistakenly airdropped to some Hotbit accounts, Hotbit hereby announces the reimbursement solution to all users involved in the issue as below:
1. The net purchased MNEB of users which was bought after 09:50 AM, on July 29th, 2022 UTC has been deducted and users can receive the amount of ETH that they spent on MNEB purchase as compensation. The compensation has been issued to the relevant Hotbit accounts. The involved users can log into their Hotbit accounts to check the deposit history.
2. The withdrawal function of MNEB will be recovered soon, and the specific time will be announced later.
