Recently, we have discovered that, when changing their smart contracts and project names (ticker names), a lot of project teams did not inform us to conduct relevant operations such as taking snapshots on all users’ assets and suspending the deposit and withdrawal functions of their projects on time, which led to the consequence that certain losses have occurred to part of our users due to the changes in relevant smart contracts / project names (ticker names) of the projects.
Hereby we would like to remind all project teams that should you have any plans regarding any changes to the smart contracts / project names (ticker names) of your projects, please do inform us regarding any of such changes at least 7 business days in advance, and that your information or notice regarding any of your such changes must include the detailed contents regarding the changes of your smart contracts / project names (ticker names) (please refer to the template provided below).
In case that any losses occurred to any users due to the fact that any project teams haven’t informed us regarding the detailed information of the changes in their smart contract addresses / project names (ticker names), the relevant project teams must undertake all such losses occurred to all relevant users by themselves.
