Hotbit supports to replace the SPOOKYSHIBA contract and change its ticker name to SPKY, the SPOOKYSHIBA of holders on Hotbit will be exchanged to SPKY according to the ratio of 1,000,000,000 : 1 (1,000,000,000 SPOOKYSHIBA：1 SPKY). For the specific completion date of this replacement, the recover time of deposit, withdrawal and trading functions of SPKY, please wait for our further announcement. （Hotbit has completed the contract replacement at 08:30 AM UTC on July 11th, 2022. The deposit and withdrawal functions of SPKY will be recovered at 06:00 AM UTC and the trading function of SPKY will be recovered at 08:00 AM UTC on July 12th, 2022.)

1. Users with a position of less than 1,000,000,000 SPOOKYSHIBA are not eligible for the contract replacement.
