Hotbit has finished the upgrade and maintenance of our system. All functions on Hotbit have been available from 11:00 PM UTC on April 28th, 2022.
Note:
1. Funding Account is added to assets management after the maintenance is completed. From now on, you could view three asset accounts in the assets area, the specific functions are as follows:
- Funding Account: The assets in the Funding Account are used to deposit and withdraw, distribute activity reward and cloud mining income, etc;
- Spot Account: The assets in the Spot Account are only used to trade;
- Investment Account:The assets in the Investment Account are only used to purchase investment products;

The assets in the Funding Account, Spot Account and Investment Account could be swapped one another. If you need to withdraw, you are supposed to manually transfer the assets from the Spot Account or Investment Account to the Funding Account first and then withdrew.
2. If you have uncompleted withdrawals and your assets are frozen before maintenance, that is, before 02:30 AM UTC on April 28, 2022. Please rest assure. We will unfreeze your assets within 3 working days. If your withdrawal assets are still frozen after 02:00 PM UTC on May 1st, please submit the support ticket and our relevant colleagues will deal with them;
If you have unreceived deposits or deposits are displayed in the deposit history but the assets have not been credited during the maintenance period, please submit the support ticket and our relevant colleagues will help you register and deal with them (In order to quickly solve your deposit problems which happens during the maintenance period, you are supposed to indicate the Hotbit account UID, the token name you deposited, TXID and transfer records screenshot and exact quantity in your ticket).
