Hotbit has completed the replacement of the RSR contract, the old RSR of holders on Hotbit has been exchanged to new one according to the ratio of 1:1 (1 old RSR：1 new RSR), and Hotbit has recovered the deposit and withdrawal functions of RSR at 07:00 AM, January 20th, 2022 UTC.
