Hotbit has completed the replacement of the SPE contract and changed its ticket name to SPEV2, the old SPE of holders on Hotbit has been exchanged to new one according to the ratio of 1,000,000 :1 (1,000,000 old SPE：1 new SPEV2), and Hotbit has recovered the deposit, withdrawal and trading functions of SPEV2 at 09:45 AM, November 5th, 2021 UTC.
