How to change Email Authentication, Google Authentication and SMS Verification?

Users can change Email Authentication, Google Authentication and SMS Verification on the premise of being able to log in to their Hotbit account.

First, login Hotbit account, choose Account-Security Settings 

Change/Disable  Email Authentication. Due to the fact that at least two authentications are required to bind on Hotit, users have to enable all three authentications before changing email authentication. Click Disable button

Enter the login password, email verification code, SMS  verification code and Google Authentication code in sequence.

Click the Confirm button to disable the Email Authentication.

Click Enable button again and you could bind a new email address. 

Change Google Authentication. Due to the fact that at least two authentications are required to bind on Hotit, users have to enable all three authentications before disable Google authentication. Click Disable button

Enter the login password, email verify code, SMS  code and Google Authentication code in sequence.

Click the Confirm button to disable the Google Authentication.

Click "Enable" button to bind Google Authentication again. 

Change/Disable SMS Authentication. Click "Disable" button to disable SMS Authentication.

Enter the login password, email verify code, SMS  code and Google Authentication code in sequence.

Click the Confirm button to disable the Google Authentication. 

Click "Enable" button to bind SMS Authentication again. 

Note: If users want to change email authentication, Google authentication and SMS verification but cannot access to Hotbit accounts, please send a support ticket to us: https://help.hotbit.io/hc/en-us/requests/new . After receiving the tickets, our admins will reply to the tickets as soon as possible.
