Announcement on the suspension of all ERC-20 tokens withdrawal function on April 17th, 2021

Dear respected users,

      Due to the recent surge of users, some users reported that their ERC-20 tokens' withdrawals have complete but the Txids cannot be located on the blockchain. In order to to check the exact reason, Hotbit has suspended the withdrawal function of all ERC-20 tokens. If you need to withdraw USDT or ETH, you can choose BEP-20 (BSC) chain instead.

      Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will complete the verification as soon as possible and then resume the withdrawal function of all ERC-20 tokens.
