Hotbit has finished the upgrade and maintenance of our system, and some functions of Hotbit has been available from 11:00 AM UTC on April 10th, 2021. Thank you for your patience. Your assets are safe. Please don't worry. As this upgrade is a large version of the whole station, all functions are being started in succession. The specific recovery is as follows:
1. The login function has been restored. Users can log in to their accounts now. The trading area will be restored at 11:00 AM UTC on April 10th, 2021;
Note: due to the long maintenance time, in order to avoid the loss of users, all unfinished orders of the whole station have been automatically cancelled by the system. If you need to trade, please log in to your hotbit account and operate again.
2. The deposit and withdrawal functions of some coins/tokens will be opened before 15:30 PM UTC on April 10th, 2021. Due to the large number of currencies on Hotbit, it will take a little time to upgrade the wallet. Hotbit will resume the deposit and withdrawal functions of all coins/tokens before 05:00 AM UTC on April 11th, 2021;
Note: Since 11:00 AM UTC on April 10th, 2021, the deposit addresses of BTC and FIL of all users will be updated. After that, when users deposit the above currencies, please re-login their account and copy the latest address. If you deposit during the maintenance, please submit the support ticket to us.
3. Due to the large amount of currencies that distribute interests involved in the investment area, the system needs to distribute the interest during the maintenance period one by one. It is expected that the interest will be paid within 24 hours. At that time, the transfer, purchase and redemption functions of the investment area will be restored. Please wait for our follow-up notice.
Note: before the investment area is restored, the assets displayed in user's investment area will not be accurate. Please do not worry and wait patiently for the functions of investment area to be available.
4. The contract area still needs further maintenance in order to improve the user experience. If you suffer from assets loss due to the contract area maintenance, please submit the support ticket to us before 03:00 AM UTC on April 12, 2021, and we will verify and compensate for it for you.
5. Due to the long maintenance time of this upgrade, to apologize, Hotbit will present VIP6 level for 14 days to all users after the end of the maintenance, and users can enjoy a more favorable taker rate.
