In order to support the latest version of the withdrawal rate mechanism, Hotbit will suspend the withdrawal functions of all tokens/coins from 04:00 AM UTC to 06:00 AM UTC on November 11th, 2022 (The completion time is delayed, please wait patiently for the official notice of the specific recovering time). After the update of withdrawal system is completed, the withdrawal functions of all tokens/coins will be restored (excluding the tokens/coins whose withdrawal functions were previously suspended due to node maintenance or contract upgrade, please pay attention to other announcements for the withdrawal function of such tokens/coins)
Note:
After the update is complete and withdrawal function is re-opened, withdrawals will be charged USDT or other mainnet tokens of blockchains as new payment methods besides the token withdrawn itself. Users can choose any method, and tokens of different sections will have different options.
For example, if you want to withdraw ENJ (ERC-20), you can pay the fee in ENJ, ETH or USDT.
The fee is dynamic and updated in real-time according to the on-chain data. To save costs, users can wait to withdraw when the gas fee is low. Please refer to the data on the withdrawal page for real-time fees.
