1.Register and Login
First, visit our official website https://www.hotbit.io and click “Register” at the top right corner and the link will direct you to the registration page.
You can choose Email registration or SMS phone registration (if you can't find the local SMS phone area code, then it means that the service is not available for local users)
Take email registration as an example
- Go to the registration page ➞ Enter email number in order* ➞ Email verification code* ➞ Enter password* ➞ Confirm password* ➞ Inviter (optional) ➞ Check the box "I agree to these Terms of Service and Policies "* ➞ Click the Verify button ➞ Verify successfully ➞ Click Register ➞ Complete registration to automatically jump to the login screen.
Note: The email verification code needs to be requested after the email is entered and clicked on Send. Hotbit will send a copy of the email verification code to the registered email you entered, if you still do not receive the mailbox verification code after more than 120s, please request to send it again.
After registration, you only need to use your email number and password to login
After successful login the page will automatically jump to the Fund interface (new users are not allowed to make withdrawals within 24 hours of registration. The deposit and trading functions will not be affected).
To ensure the safety of users funds, Hotbit has adopted Google Authenticator authentication and SMS Verification authentication. Users need to enable the authentications to ensure the security of account funds;
Take Google Authenticator as an example, you need to download Google Authenticator before binding Google Authenticator
After downloading the Google Authenticator app, please click Account ➞ Security Settings ➞ Click Enable Google Authentication
Step 1: Download APP (Google Authenticator) ➞ Next
Step 2: Open Google Authenticator APP, scan the QR code on the left, and a 6-digit verification code will be automatically generated, which changes every 30 seconds (this verification code is your Google verification code).
Note: The 16-digit letter in the red box on the right side of the QR code is your Google 2FA, please do not leak your 2FA to anyone, and you can make a handwritten backup at the same time
Step 3: Location 1 enter the password you used to log in to your Hotbit account ➞ Location 2 enter the 6-digit Google Authenticator code from your Google Authenticator APP (this code has to be entered before the countdown on the APP ends) ➞ Click on Confirm to complete this authenticator binding.
After successfully binding Google Authenticator, you should enter your email number, password and Google Authentication Code in order when you login your Hotbit account.
Click Wallet ➞ Deposit on the top right corner and you can deposit your assets into your personal account on Hotbit.
1. Some tokens support multi-chain deposit channels, so please make sure that the chain you choose for deposit corresponds to the chain you choose for transfer from the sending platform.
2.User can set their default deposit account as Funding account or Spot account.
Select the token you need to deposit;
Take ETH deposit as an example, select the corresponding chain (e.g. ERC20) ➞ click on the left icon to copy the deposit address or click on the icon showing the QR code to deposit.
IMPORTANT: Send only ETH to this deposit address. Sending any other currency to this address may result in the loss of your deposit.
You can first check the status of the transfer on the chain after it is completed ➞ You can check the progress on the deposit and withdrawal history or the right side of the corresponding currency after the chain shows completion and 30 confirmations;

If the deposit do not arrive for a long time in the case of no network congestion, you can contact customer service by submitting a support ticket
Click Wallet ➞ Withdrawal on the top right corner and you can deposit your assets into your personal account on Hotbit.

2. User can only withdraw from Funding account. If assets is not in Funding account, user need to transfer them to Funding account then withdraw. Please refer to the screenshot attached below to find the transfer button.
Take USDT withdrawal as an example, select the corresponding chain (e.g. ERC20) ➞ Enter the withdrawal address (you can choose to add it to the address management first) ➞ Enter the withdrawal amount ➞ Click "Submitl" ➞ Enter the appropriate verification code;
You can check the progress of the withdrawal after the withdrawal is completed in the withdrawal history or to the right of the corresponding currency ➞ Click Detail to view the details of the withdrawal;

Click “Exchange” and enter the trading interface
Search for the currency you want to trade, take ETH for example ➞ Search for ETH and select it ➞ ETH related pairs will be displayed on the right ➞ Just select the pair you want to trade.
Some of the current trading pairs are Limit Orders, Market Orders and Trigger Orders, so users can choose according to their needs
Take Limit order as an example ➞ Enter the price ➞ Enter the number ➞ Choose whether to set the order as a hidden order (hidden orders will not be displayed in the order book) ➞ Click Buy to put the order successfully.
➞ After a successful put a order, you can view the completion level of the current order in Open Orders, or you can choose to cancel the transaction by clicking the "Cancel" button
➞After the order is completed, you can view the corresponding history of orders in the upper right corner of the "Orders", users can also find the corresponding orders according to the time and transaction pair ➞ Click "Export" to generate the corresponding orders on this page Excel (History can only be viewed in the last month, if you have special needs, you can contact customer service for help by submitting a support ticket
