Announcement on the reopening of the deposit function of MBL and updating to OEP4 token

Dear respected users:

       Hotbit has recovered the deposit function of MBL. Meanwhile, MBL has been updated to OEP4 token, and it doesn't belong to ERC20 token anymore.

       Note: Please do not deposit wrong token, as the potential losses are irreparable.
