Announcement on the Sale of Telegram (GRAM) by Hotbit

          GRAM (Telegram) will be available for sale at Hotbit at 16:00(UTC+8) on September 17, 2019. With a total of 137,500 GRAM, this GRAM sales includes the first round of locked positions and the second round of unlocked positions.
