Event 1: Airdrop Bonus Event

Total Airdrop Bonus: 200,000 SAP

Rules and Regulations of Airdrop Bonus Event:
All users will share the airdrop bonus based on the proportion of HTB held in their Hotbit accounts compared with the total volume of HTB held by all users on Hotbit.
The detailed calculation formula for the bonus will be: Total Airdrop Rewards x (the volume of HTB held by each user reflected by the snapshot ÷ The total volume of HTB held by all users on Hotbit reflected by the snapshot)

Time of Snapshot: 14:30, July 30^th, 2019 (GMT+8)

Event 2: Ranking Competition on SAP Holding Volume

Rules and Regulations:
During the event, Hotbit will conduct snapshots on all users’ accounts regarding the volume of SAP held by each user at random time points twice a day. Considering the fact that the event lasts for 15 days, Hotbit will conduct 15*2 = 30 snapshots altogether, and calculate the valid average SAP volume held by each user during the event.

*Average Valid Holding Volume = The SAP volume held by each user reflected by each snapshot / 30

*Amount of Rewards = The Average valid holding volume of each user * 10%

(Event Duration: 00:00, August 1^st, 2019 ~ 23:59, August 15^th, 2019)

Note: During the event, in order to be qualified for participating in the event, all users are required to ensure that they have accumulated at least 0 SAP in their buy volumes, and that each account may participate in the event once only.

Note:

1. The distribution of all rewards will be finished within 10 business days after the event terminates.
2. Hotbit reserves the final rights on the interpretations of all rules and regulations of the event. If Hotbit detects any cheating or click farming activities, Hotbit is entitled to disqualify all users involved from claiming their rewards.
