Dear Respected Hotbit Users
After finishing the reimbursement process for all Hotbit users who have participated in the HTB purchase session of ESC, in order to make up the loss for all other users who have participated in the purchase sessions of ESC on Hotbit Polaris, Hotbit has conducted multiple rounds of negotiations with all relevant parties involved. However, it appeared to us that no consensus has been made so far regarding the reimbursement plan among various parties. Hence, Hotbit team has made the decision to launch a special funding plan for the reimbursement of all other users involved. The details of our plan is as follows:
1. The expected volume of ESC tokens that Hotbit will repurchase from each Hotbit user who has participated in the purchase session of ESC / USDT on Hotbit Polaris will be either the volume of ESC currently held by the user or the volume of ESC that the user has purchased during his / her participation of ESC / USDT purchase session (depends on which volume is lower). The repurchase price will be the same as the purchase price (1 ESC = 0.0035 USDT). The repurchase plan will be implemented on May 20th, 2019.
2. For those users who have accumulated a larger buy volume of ESC compared with sell volume of ESC during the actual trading transactions of ESC on Hotbit, please lodge a support ticket to our customer support staff by login to the following link: https://help.hotbit.io/hc/zh-cn/requests/new. Please do remember to include your personal information and details of your trading transactions in your support ticket according to the following instructions: your support ticker is required to be titled “The Details and Explanations of the Buy Transactions of ESC”. In the content of your support ticket, please include your Hotbit account ID, user ID and your actual trading transactions of ESC on Hotbit. Hotbit will conduct further extra reimbursement regarding the net buy volumes of our users according to the actual situations of all users involved. We will process all support tickets that are relevant to the reimbursement of our users who have conducted actual trading transactions of ESC during 00:00:00, May 21st, 2019 – 23:59:59, May 28th, 2019. Please note that we will not process any support tickets lodged beyond the abovementioned duration.
