【EVENT】 Triple Events on Hotbit For the Celebration of the Launch of SWM! Let’s Share 150,000 SWM Tokens Together!

Event 1: Deposit SWM and Share the Rewards of 10,000 SWM with Other Users!

1. Event Duration: from 11:00, Feb 25th to 11:00, Feb 28th (UTC+8), 2019.
2. Once every user deposits 10,000 SWM into their Hotbit accounts, they will receive 20 SWM as reward. Every user can claim as much as 100 SWM as reward.
3. The rewards will be distributed in real time and is subject to the availability of 10,000 SWM. The Rewards are redeemed on the basis of first claimed first received.
4. During the event, the withdrawal function of SWM will be temporarily closed.

1. Event Duration: from 17:00, Feb 28th to 17:00, Mar 7th (UTC+8), 2019.
2. Top 500 Hotbit users with highest trading volume (buys+sells) will receive relevant rewards.
3. During the event, only those users who have accumulated more than 10,000 SWM in their trading volumes will be qualified for participating in the event.
4. The winners’ list will be published on Mar 14th.
5. The detailed rewards for all winners are listed as following:

• 1：Receive 20,000 SWM as reward.
• 2：Receive 10,000 SWM as reward

    NO.3：Receive 6,500 SWM as reward

• 4-10：Share 14,000 SWM（2,000 SWM each）
• 11-50：Share 20,000 SWM（500 SWM each）
• 51-100：Share 10,000 SWM（200 SWM each）
• 101-200：Share 5,000 SWM（50 SWM each）
• 201-500：Share 4,500 SWM（15 SWM each)

Event 3：SWM net buy-in volume competition. The Top 30 Users will Share 50,000 SWM Together!

1. Event Duration: from 17:00, Mar 7th to 17:00, Mar 14th (UTC+8), 2019.
2. During the event, the top 30 Hotbit users with the highest SWM net buy-in volumes accumulated (net buy-in volume = buy in volume – sell out volume) will receive relevant rewards.
3. All Hotbit users who have accumulated more than 3,000 SWM in their net buy-in volumes are qualified for joining the event.
4. The detailed rewards for all winners are listed as follows:

• 1：Receive 15,000 SWM as reward
• 2：Receive 10,000 SWM as reward.

       NO.3：Receive 5,000 SWM as reward.

       NO.4-5：Share 5,000 SWM（2,500 SWM each）

• 6-10：Share 5,000 SWM（1,000 SWM each）
• 11-20：Share 6,000 SWM（600 SWM each）
• 21-30：Share 4,000 SWM（400 SWM each）

5. We will conduct snapshot on the accounts of the top 10 users who have accumulated the greatest net buy-in volumes of SWM on 17:00 (UTC+8), Mar 14th, 2019. In order to claim the bonus rewards of the ranking competition, all top 10 users must also ensure that the daily volume of SWM they hold in their accounts between 17:00, Mar 14th, 2019 – 17:00, Mar 24th, 2019 (we will conduct various snapshots on random schedules during this period) should not be lower than 80% of the volume of SWM they hold in their accounts by the end of the event.

2. The winners’ list will be published on Mar 26th, 2019.

Rules and Regulations of the Event:

1. Hotbit and SWM team reserve the final rights of explanation regarding all rules and regulations of this event.
2. All rewards will be distributed before Mar 31th, 2019.
3. If we detect any cheating activities during the event, Hotbit is entitled to disqualify the users involved from claiming their rewards.
