Hotbit Supports ICX Mainnet Swap

Hotbit will support the ICON (ICX) Mainnet Token Swap and will suspend withdrawals for ICON (ICX) starting from 2018/10/12 15:00 (UTC+8), suspend deposits for ICON (ICX) starting from 2018/10/22 00:00 (UTC+8).
